1. How do I register for an online log-in?
  • First, ensure you have your chosen purchase(s) in your basket and Proceed to Checkout.
  • Fill in your details in the table on the left hand side of the page. Do not forget to add a password in the blue box if you want to be able to log in quickly next time.
  • Select your desired payment method and Confirm Order.
2. Why isn’t the website working on my computer?

This website is not compatible on older versions of Internet Explorer please try opening on a different browser such as Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge or Safari.

3. What payment methods are accepted?

We accept the following methods of payment:

  • Credit / Debit Card – Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Mastercard Credit, Mastercard Debit, and Maestro
  • PayPal
  • Credit Account

4. Why isn't my log-in working?

Please check you are using the correct log-in details. 

If you are using your log-in from our previous website you will have to re-register for a new log-in (please follow the steps as above).

5. When will you be delivering my order? 

We aim to deliver your order with the next delivery to your parish:

Monday, Wednesday and Friday: St Ouen, St Mary, St Lawrence, St Peter, St Brelade and St John

Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday: St Martin, Trinity, St Clement, Grouville, St Helier and St Saviour

Please note that in periods of high demand this it is not always possible and your order may take longer to arrive.

6. Do you ship to Guernsey, the UK mainland or the rest of the world?

We do not ship outside of Jersey, Channel Islands at this time.

7. Can I get hold of a product quicker?

If you need a product urgently, please visit one of our shops, either in St John's at Unit 1A, Barette Commercial Centre, La Grande Route de Mont Mado, St John (opening times: Mon-Sat 08:30-17:30, Sunday 09:00-13:00) or in town at 32 Halkett Place, St Helier (opening times: Mon-Fri 09:00-17:30, Sat 08:30-17:00)

8. Do you charge for delivery?

If the total order value is £30 or above then delivery is free. If the order is below £30 a delivery charge of £5 is applied automatically at the checkout.

9. Why isn’t the website working on my Tablet/eReader?

This website is not compatible with some mobile internet browsers please try opening on a different browser such as Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge or Safari, or on an alternative device such as a phone or computer.
