There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased from Animal Kingdom Limited Stores or the Online Store (www.animalkingdom.je):

Claims for damages, losses or return of goods is accepted only within seven days of purchase or delivery whichever is the earlier, subject to the discretion of Animal Kingdom Limited. An Animal Kingdom Limited credit note must be obtained by the customer when returning goods or claiming for losses or damages. Account credits are only issued if a relevant credit note is produced. Credit account queries or disputes must be made to the administration office of Animal Kingdom Limited within 60 days of the applicable date. Animal Kingdom Limited reserves the right to refuse account queries or disputes beyond this period.

Online Purchases – Please return to our St John Store.
Once we have received your item along with the correct documentation and are happy that it has been received in the condition it was sold , a refund will be initiated within 1 business day. The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method:
If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within five business days of receipt of the returned item. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
If you purchased your item from an Animal Kingdom Limited Store, you must take it back to the Animal Kingdom Limited Store you purchased it from for an exchange within 7 business days. Item exchanges are, of course, subject to in-store product availability and on the condition that the returned item is in the same condition that it was sold.
